"When a 40ft tree fell on our wheelchair minivan while driving home a week before Christmas, our good neighbors at Jeremy Von Oesen State Farm were the first ones we called. We could not have been happier with the response. Sympathetic and helpful from the very first phone call, Mark and Shelby patiently answered questions and helped us navigate the claims process. Our vehicle was declared a total loss (happily we walked away with only minor injuries), but State Farm valued our vehicle fairly and the settlement allowed us to get back on the road with a nearly identical wheelchair van. Many thanks to all our friends at State Farm and especially the Jeremy Von Oesen agency! 🙏"

"When I called they were very abrupt and not friendly, and that went even further downhill when I told them I was not the driver but I WAS his power of attorney and did all the important info like bills and insurance on house and car. Felt like was getting interrogated, instead of asking for my information... then was told nope cannot help you and when I asked for clarification was just told it was policy and not exactly WHAT was against their policy. Can safely say will NOT be recommending their group unless it is someone I TRULY dislike and want them to have a miserable time."

We also try to be better each time we interact with every call we get. Mark, Shelby, and I are never abrupt or rude but policy is we cannot speak with someone not listed on an account unless receive the POA in office. With this said we have not spoken with anyone claiming a POA in some time, could you please email me with your experience so we can continue to be better and when you called, time, number, and whom about as we do not have record and need to be sure things are set straight.
